    I was feeling a little stressed this morning so I took my clothes off, laid down in the bathtub and peed all over myself – on my chest and on my face, in my mouth and on my hair. Then I showered and wwent to the store.

    It was so relaxing and just feeling the release and freedom and the warmth of the pee felt so good. Not to mention the fact that it was very arousing to go in public after having done that for some reason. Like I had this dirty secret.

    Does anyone else self-piss like this to relieve stress?

      I do that all the time after a stressful moment. It just feels some comfortable to let out a big load and a piss in my pants. I wrote a blog related to that sometime ago. It was a big mushy one, not to my liking, but the deed sure did the trick.

    Pissing in bed at night and peeing my pants in the daytime is a big stress reducer for me. Giving myself permission to be free and easy is great.

    Pants/bed wetting is the best stress reliever I have ever found!

    yep, it works for me too. i have the day off tomorrow and intend to be extremely filthy while im on my own. been having a hard time dealing with things lately and need a good session.

    I agree – pissing yourself is great stress relief.
