    When I see certain items on a menu or if I’m grocery shopping or better yet picking things out from a farmers market or maybe going to a you pick farm for the freshest fruits, berries and veggies I just can’t resist buying extra. I’ve always taken my health seriously. I believe there’s a truth in pay now or later. That’s another story but besides eating for health I eat for the shits and grins of it and I eat a lot!!!
    I’m always curious when I see others picking out items known for their fiber contents and or other properties to suit ones needs/desires. So how about it? Who’s ready to spill their beans ;-?

    Okay, I’ll spill my beans here literally. 😉

    Definitely! As we go shopping, I’m suggesting things that will make some great poops not that anyone else knows but me at the time.

    We made some homemade chili the other day that gave me some super, super most enjoyable poops even though I could only get in a couple of them due to my house being busy.

    A few days before that it was homemade lentil soup with the shin bone. That thick, dark, lentil soup makes for some nice big and rewarding poops even more so than chili.

    yes. my entire week’s meals are based around when I plan to poop myself. Bulking up on oatmeal for breakfast, making sure not to poop during the day if I know I’ll get a chance to mess in the evening.
