I usually poop every two days, my usual poop is a firm log (2 in Bristol scale), and one or two less hard ones (3 in Bristol scale). Years ago it was common for me to poop every 4-5 days,or even longer.

I usually go every day. The size and volume depends on a number of factors: what I ate, how I feel emotionally (stress), etc. Sometimes, I miss a day, but it is uncomfortable when that happens. Consistency is usually a combination, stating out as lumpy BSC #2 and progressing as it comes out to #4. There are some foods or spices/seasonings in packaged or pre-made products that will trip bowel irritation and I’ll have BCS #5 or 6. This happens especially with “peppery” spices and many Italian sauces. I also avoid anything “diet” or “low-fat” because it often contains sorbvitol or aspertaine — which has a laxative effect on me.

I usually poop every day, or every other day 🙂 On the Bristol chart, I tend to range over Type 2, Type 3 and Type 4… 🙂 Type 3 and 4 are my favorites!

Mostly depends on how much/what I eat. Though it is about one to two days between with type 2 or 3 loads. The amount per is also seemingly random.

I range from every 2 to 3 days with poops on the Bristol scale of 1 or 2. I have gone as long as 5-days or longer, but that gets me a bit desperate and panicky! When I do go, they are usually small hard pellets followed by a bigger softer load a bit later on the Bristol 3 scale.
Every once in awhile I’ll end up with pure liquid poops, as in pure water with no sign of poop at all as if I was prepping for a colonoscopy. These episodes follow a bout of hard pellets, followed by a large normal poop, which is then followed by a smaller harder poop then nothing.
I will tolerate the pellets, enjoy the large medium soft load, but truly detest the water!

Normally once a day and it’s usually between being soft but formed and being firm but smooshable if that makes any sense lol. Usually not too hard but not too soft but there are days when it’s quite firm and days when it’s total mush. I enjoy all of it.

I really dislike the cleanup of wet/sticky/stinky poops, so whenever I want to mess my panties I’ll start taking psyllium husk (a cheap fibre supplement) as preparation.
It usually takes about 24 hours to work, and it’s always super soft but it stays together and doesnt stick to my panties. I can usually just flip it from my panties into the toilet with minimal cleanup.
Oh, and it’s always at least the size of a big orange. My biggest one was as big as a grapefruit, I recorded it too~
