Is anyone always constipated like me? Look no further! I have a few techniques that you could try. I suffer from chronic and slow transit constipation.

Do you poop type 1 or 2 stools?

I love the idea of being constipated but I have a hard time holding it in for long. Having a belly full of poop feels so good though 😛

I am quite constipated due to some medication I take. Drinking water helps a lot with this and so does eating ripe fruit such as bananas, dried fruits, nuts, and vegetables.

Yeah please do be careful as being constipated for too long can cause you to develop a rectal fissure. I know this from personal experience and it’s happened to me twice. First time I had only just started infants school and I had an irrational fear of having to poop in the toilet and didn’t do so for over two weeks and when I was made to sit on the toilet by my mum and stay there until the load had passed on its own and I remember crying my eyes out with the pain and from then on for quite a few years I was left with almost no control whatsoever as to if and when I needed to poop and was put into nappies or rubber underwear every morning with no idea as to when I’d be shitting myself only that I knew for certain that I would be doing so at some point during the day when I was least expecting it. I soon discovered that it wasn’t actually too bad and very soon I didn’t see it as any problem whatsoever and I’d become very accustomed to the whole thing, the wearing nappies and being made fun of by the other kids and of course the feelings and sensations of having a nice soft, warm and very smelly mess to sit down in.

Hi, I am also permanently constipated….I am a very thin man, but my friends may think I have a beer belly. my belly is almost constantly full and bloated, so it protrudes….it is quite distended

I am so accustomed to my distended belly that I am surprised when I go to a swimmong pool and people stare at my “pregnant” belly.
My stomach is usually bloated fith trapped gas as well and it is disfficult to bend over it.
I started being constipated in the age of 15. I discovered the feeling and tried to hold it inside as long as possible.
In the course of time I developed a megacolon…my large intestine can stretch to several inches wide and it can contain a lot.
I have relatively strong belly muscles….I practise while pushing hard, can push really strongly.
My anus can open really wide, but it always takes long time to open….like during giving birth.
Ten years ago I discovered Mpreg and started to like it. My constipation can really simulate feeling of being pregnant and giving a long birth
